Job description :
Identify Opportunities: Conduct research to identify new market trends, potential clients, and opportunities, especially in European, US, and UK markets on freelancing platforms.
Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and cold emailing, as well as on freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr.
Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including clients from the European, US, and UK regions, to ensure growth and client satisfaction.
Sales Strategy: Assist in formulating strategic plans to achieve business goals and revenue targets, particularly through freelancing sites and targeted regions.
Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver persuasive business presentations, proposals, and close deals effectively.
Market Analysis: Analyze the competitive landscape, customer needs, and potential gaps to drive innovation and positioning on freelancing sites.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align business efforts and meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation & Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities, especially within European, US, and UK markets. Actively utilize online freelancing platforms like Upwork and Fiverr to source and generate new leads.

Cold Outreach:
Develop and execute targeted cold emailing and cold calling strategies to initiate contact with potential clients. Tailor outreach efforts to resonate with client needs and increase engagement.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales and post-sales process.

Freelance Platform Management:
Effectively manage and optimize profiles on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) to attract clients, submit proposals, and close deals.

Sales Pipeline Management:
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently adding and following up with new leads, tracking progress, and updating CRM systems to manage client interactions and sales cycles.

Presentations & Negotiations:
Prepare, customize, and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value of TechTerminus’ services. Engage in negotiation with clients to secure favorable terms and close deals.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market needs. Provide feedback to internal teams on potential service enhancements or market demands.

Qualifications :
